Hope2Sleep
Hope2Sleep is a UK-based, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by sleep-disordered breathing. Founded in 2013, Hope2Sleep provides support, education, and advocacy for individuals using CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, and other sleep therapy treatments. The charity works closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and industry partners to raise awareness of conditions such as obstructive sleep apnoea, the dangers of snoring and to promote earlier diagnosis and better treatment outcomes.
Through practical resources, peer support, educational events, and awareness campaigns, Hope2Sleep empowers people to overcome the challenges of sleep therapy, improve treatment adherence, and achieve better sleep, health, and quality of life. Its mission is simple: to ensure that no one has to face sleep-disordered breathing alone. Don’t ignore the snore!
British Sleep Society
The British Sleep Society (BSS) is the leading professional organisation dedicated to advancing sleep and circadian science in the UK. Bringing together researchers, clinicians, healthcare professionals, and students from a wide range of disciplines, the Society promotes excellence in sleep research, education, and clinical practice.
Through its annual scientific meetings, educational events and collaborative networks, the BSS provides a platform for sharing the latest developments in sleep medicine and sleep science. The Society supports innovation, encourages multidisciplinary collaboration, and helps translate research findings into improved patient care and public health outcomes.
British Society of Pharmacy Sleep Services
Join the British Society of Pharmacy Sleep Services (BSPSS) at Sleep for All in March 2027. Visit our stand to discover how community pharmacy can help support better sleep and safer conversations about sleep difficulties.
The BSPSS brings together pharmacists, pharmacy teams and others with an interest in improving sleep health. We will share accessible, evidence-informed resources on common sleep concerns, including when self-care may be appropriate and when to seek further advice from a healthcare professional.
Come and speak with us about the role pharmacies can play in promoting sleep health, supporting informed choices and signposting people to appropriate care. Whether you are a member of the public, a carer, healthcare professional or simply interested in sleep, we would be pleased to meet you.
Sleep is personal and complex; there is rarely a single answer. Our aim is to encourage practical, informed and compassionate support for everyone.
The Sleep Apnoea Trust
The Sleep Apnoea Trust was founded in 1996 as a patient support charity run mainly by volunteer patients working to improve the lives of sleep apnoea patients, their partners and families.
Our work is centred around four goals: Education (through our website, newsletter, information leaflets and a member annual conference); Advocacy (working with the DVLA and NHS to recognise and resolve issues for patients, participating on NICE guidelines); Raising awareness (working with other organisations and giving talks to various organisations); and Assisting research and development (helping researchers to reach patients to ensure patient representation in design and applicability of research).
Funding comes, mainly, from membership and donations and we are proud to be independent of industry funding.
National Sleep Helpline
The National Sleep Helpline provides free, accessible support for anyone struggling with sleep. Run by trained sleep advisors, the service offers confidential guidance, practical information and reassurance to people experiencing a wide range of sleep issues, from difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep to concerns about children’s sleep and the impact of poor sleep on health and wellbeing.
Sleep for Health Coalition
Leading a national movement to put sleep at the heart of health, the Sleep for Health Coalition is a group of leading health organisations united in raising awareness of sleep health, driving policy change and fostering collaboration across sectors.
Together, it is working to build stronger support systems, promote early intervention and increase public understanding of the vital role sleep plays in overall health and wellbeing.
Mr Motivators Bed Bank
Mr Motivator’s Bed Bank exists to end child bed poverty. We support children and young people who do not have a safe, suitable bed of their own, often due to financial hardship, family crisis or unstable housing. Working through trusted local partners, we fund beds and provide sleep support to help children rest well and establish healthy routines. Alongside direct support, we raise awareness of bed poverty through campaigning, partnerships and public engagement. Led by Mr Motivator, we are working to ensure every child has a safe place to sleep and to bring greater recognition to an issue that too often remains hidden.
Zarach - The Children's Bed Charity
Zarach is on a mission to end child bed poverty, giving every child a good night’s sleep and the chance to thrive at school. Working closely with schools, Zarach identifies children experiencing bed poverty, connects families with support services, and delivers bed bundles that make an immediate and lasting difference.
The charity was founded in 2018 by Deputy Head Teacher Bex Wilson after a pupil told her, “Miss, I’m always tired, I don’t have a bed.” While Bex had seen many signs of poverty in her classroom, this conversation revealed a level of deprivation she had not previously considered.
Today, bed poverty affects hundreds of thousands of children across the UK. Since its launch, Zarach has delivered more than 18,000 bed bundles across Yorkshire, the Tees Valley, Merseyside and Greater Manchester, bringing hope to families and helping children get the rest they need to learn, grow and thrive.
RLS-UK
RLS-UK are a registered charity, providing help and support to people living with Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) and Periodic Limb Movement Disorder (PLMD).
Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS), also known as Willis-Ekbom disease, is a neurological disorder characterised by an irresistible urge to move to stop uncomfortable or odd sensations. As it usually interferes with sleep, it is also considered a sleep disorder.
RLS may start at any age, including childhood, and is a progressive disease for some, while the symptoms may remit in others. RLS-UK are here to lend an ear, offer advice and provide a community of people who understand what you are going through.
